About

The Junior League of Santa Barbara, Inc. (JLSB) is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

JLSB reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism. Our goal is to be a leading force in improving the lives of children, youth and families in the community.

We are one of 292 Junior Leagues in four countries belonging to the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). AJLI has been providing support, guidance and leadership development opportunities to member Leagues for more than 80 years.
